Need help, hit a bug, or want to share feedback? We're listening.
Voice features need an iPhone with microphone and speech recognition permissions granted in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security. Siri logging is two-step: say "Hey Siri, SavvyTrack <category>" (e.g. "SavvyTrack meds"), Siri asks what to log, and you reply with the item — "Ibuprofen 200 mg" for meds, "BP 120 over 80" for vitals, etc. Siri must be on for the device.
Settings → Profile → Apple Health. Toggle on Apple Health, then enable individual data types you want to read (sleep, heart rate, vitals, cycle, workouts, etc.). The app pulls these on demand — open the app or pull-to-refresh to fetch new data. Background sync is coming in a later update.
Two options. With iCloud sync on (Settings → Global → iCloud sync), your data is automatically available on any iPhone signed into the same Apple ID after install (iPad coming soon). Without iCloud, use Settings → Backups to make a backup, then restore on the new device.
Export gives you a CSV or text file you can read in any app — useful for sharing with a doctor, archiving, or moving data into a spreadsheet. Backup is a structured snapshot meant for restoring everything (including shortcuts, schedules, and preferences) on a new install or device. Use Backup for moving devices; use Export for sharing or auditing.
Settings → Profile → Profiles → + Add profile. You can have multiple profiles (yourself, a child, an aging parent, etc.) and switch between them at any time. Each profile has its own entries, shortcuts, schedules, and preferences.
When you log something via voice that's similar to a previously-logged item, the app may suggest using the existing name. You'll be prompted to confirm: "Did you mean <name>?" — answer No to keep your spoken value as a new entry. If something gets logged with the wrong name, you can edit it in the timeline.
Yes. Delete individual entries, profiles, or the entire app. If iCloud sync is on, the data also gets removed from your iCloud database when you delete profiles/entries or sign out of iCloud. Because we have no servers, there's nothing else for us to delete on your behalf.
Easiest: in the TestFlight app, tap SavvyTrack → Send Beta Feedback. You can attach a screenshot and a note; it lands in our inbox with the exact build version you're running. Or email us directly at feedback@savvytrack.app.
See our Privacy Policy for the full picture. Short version: data lives on your device, optional iCloud sync uses your own iCloud account, no third-party sharing, no tracking, no analytics.
The documentation covers everything in depth — voice tips per category, shortcut nesting, schedules, Apple Health, reports, profiles, and storage. If something's not answered here or there, email us.
Email support@savvytrack.app with as much detail as you can — what you were doing, what happened, screenshot if relevant, and your iOS version (iOS Settings → General → About) plus your SavvyTrack version (TestFlight users: tap SavvyTrack in the TestFlight app; release users: App Store listing). We respond within a couple of business days.
